I'm agree is a standard reply in the Global Conference signifying agreement with a former post. It is supposed to be a pun directed at the common error made by non-native English speakers, and is not considered to be offensive.
It was "created" by Asako, the manager of Asako Pako and former NT-Manager of Spain. He created a thread on the global conference and ask the people to reply "I'm agree" or "I'm not agree".
