Vovan (a.k.a Vladi) is a defence trainer. He reached Ligat Ha'al in 3 seasons from league 4 and took the last championship in this division. His team parrots is called after his parrot (gosha).

Counts by many as the best defence tainer in Israe. Some say the best in the world.
