Santa Cruz is the biggest department of Bolivia. It's located at the east of the country and has a beautiful scenario. It's capital, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, is the fastest growing city in the country. A very high number of the Hattrick players of HT Bolivia are from Santa Cruz.
