If your English is not well enough for this or you just get a headache:
Go to your local Wikipedia, and look up the page called Help. (Translate the word and search for it. But mostly the help is directly linked on the left, like it is here.) Keep in mind that they have add-ons that supply programming essentials and add-ons that do crazy stuff. Some of those add-ons may miss here; if something just doesn't work even with copy&paste contact a responsible.
But most of the stuff under "Help" will work here.
