Here you can hire specialists. You should not hire more than 10 of each specialist, and note that assistant coaches and keeper coaches are counted together! If you hire more than 10 specialists, negative effects will occur.
On this page, you can also promote a new player from your youth squad, and amend the amount of money you invest into youth squad.
