Why Catalonia is not a Hattrick country?
A hattrick (may be User:HT-Bjorn) say in a flamewar in the global conference at the end of 2003 or the start of 2004 something like «when Catalonia will be a FIFA member or the F.C. Barcelona and the R.C.D. Espanyol will play in a catalan league, better if both». May be the HT will reconsider their position or may be Catalonia will be a FIFA member in the future, but anyway, without hattrick users supporting it, Catalonia will necer be a HT league.
