SO how do I use it?

I think we should make the border of this template light grey like Infobox_Country - color #aaaaaa--Mod-Hakerpaps 11:44, 14 May 2006 (UTC)

Homepage

I wanted to add the homepage to the template, with a default of empty string, so not all uses of this template need to be adjusted. Does anybody know how to do this?
