Spanish (Spanish: Español) or Castilian (Spanish: Castellano) is one of the Romance languages in Hattrick that originated in the Iberian Peninsula of Europe. Today, it is a global language with nearly 500 million native speakers, mainly in Spain and the Americas. Formally speaking, the national language of Spain, is the Castilian language (as opposed to regional Spanish languages like Galician, Catalan, Asturleonese and Basque).
