jsg04 is an American manager from Florida. He is the founder of Tampa Bay Waterspouts and its youth academy, the Tampa Bay Squalls.
As manager
jsg04 founded Tampa Bay Waterspouts on August 13, 2026, taking over a place in Series V.156 partway through Season 95. After a winless start, the club won three of its last four league games and finished fifth. The full story is on the club page.
The long-term plan is homegrown: develop players in the Squalls academy and bring them through to the first team.
