CD Ronda were founded on September 6th, 2007, and play their home games at the 12,000-seater Francisco Duarte Stadium.
The team made its debut on September 8th, 2007, with a severe defeat in the league versus Nadimeitor CF (6-1), but soon found the way to the victory in a friendly match played in Italy versus El Prinçipe (0-2).
