Maybe somewhere in this article it should be emphasized that users should register. Nothing worse than noticing an IP address making the same mistakes on various pages and having no way to track down and inform that person. --septimusjm 07:49, 8 December 2005 (UTC)

Forcing users to register ($wgGroupPermissions['*']['edit'] = false in LocalSettings.php) would not only solve the problem above, but also the problem of bots spamming the site (e.g., Bugs, Abbreviations, ...). Zigkill 12:44, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
