Despite their young age and small user base, Benin scored a shocking upset in advancing to Round II of [[U-20 World Cup XII]] under the management of [[User:Cortomaltese|Cortomaltese]], in only their second entry into the competition. Cortomaltese is attempting to repeat the feat in [[U-20 World Cup XIII]].
