The coach started with the following eleven: Povh; Fokkens, Jadot, Steers, Van Den Hout; Schietecatte, Fitipaldis, Hamkalo, Witsen; Ponce and Heersema. <P align="justify">Voor den beginne <br>
Nadat in 1840 wordt begonnen met het droogmaken van de Haarlemmermeerpolder en men er in 1852 met droge voeten kan lopen, volgen veel jaren van geploeter, hard werken en ellende. In 1912 worden twee spoorlijnen geopend en in 1917 volgt de opening van militair vliegveld Schiphol. Naast het harde werken in vooral de agrarische sector houden de Haarlemmermeerse bewoners zich in hun spaarzame vrije tijd bezig met de paarden met harddraverijen en schaatsen op de vele dichtgevroren slootjes en vaarten.<br>
In 1968 ziet "VV Hoofddorp" het licht en speelt haar zaterdagse wedstrijden tegen Victoria, Aalsmeer, E.D.O., Victoria, D.W.S., vv Sparta uit Leimuiden. Nog niet in competitieverband. In 1970 sluit V.V.H. zich aan bij de Haarlemse Voetbal Bond en moet zondags gaan spelen zeer tegen de zin van de bestuurderen van die tijd, die de club oogluikend laat spelen op een stuk land ‘uit de bebouwde kom en 200 meter van de openbare weg’.<br>
Na financiële problemen komt er in de loop van 1975 een eind aan het bestaan van Hoofddorps eerste voetbalclub.<br>
Jaren later komt het vroegere bestuur van VV Hoofddorp bijeen om de goede oude tijden te bespreken. Hier komen ze al gauw tot de conclusie dat ze het toch missen om een voetbalteam te coachen. Daarom werd in 2008 besloten om gezamenlijk het team "VV Scots" op te richten en daarmee vele competities en cups op zijn naam te zetten.

Een vlotte zege voor de thuisploeg tegen een veroordeeld VV Scots. Het was overduidelijk dat MONTANA ARMY een aantal divisies hoger speelt en professioneel genoeg was om VV Scots niet tot nauwelijks aan voetballen liet overgaan.
Wij wensen MONTANA ARMY veel succes in de dR cup 3 en kijken al uit naar de volgende wedstrijd tegen F.C.Zwamdam die op papier veel beter is. Misschien kunnen we voor een stunt zorgen!

One day after the foundation ''Salt'' also developed a youth squad, the squad was called '''Salt 1990''' with the nicknames ''Salt'' and ''Ninetees''. The first scouts were appointed to Rotterdam and Gelderland. The headcoach of the youthsquad is Huub Aukum, the scouts are Edwin Avezaat and Robert-Jan Barnas. The youngster train at Het Vaatje, a complex near the big stadium 't Vaatje. The first player scouted by Salt was Gelwin Koster {{youthplayerid|27207144}}.
 
In their first season, Salt 1990 played in the ''Best Off League''. The first match ended in a 1-1 draw against FC Kieteleer by a goal of Korstiaan Kruger. Bart van der Made (as defender) and Gelwin Koster (as midfielder) where the best on the field. The five matches after the draw where all lost, but in a better league then the players who were only just trained to little talents.

Historie

Voor den beginne
Nadat in 1840 wordt begonnen met het droogmaken van de Haarlemmermeerpolder en men er in 1852 met droge voeten kan lopen, volgen veel jaren van geploeter, hard werken en ellende. In 1912 worden twee spoorlijnen geopend en in 1917 volgt de opening van militair vliegveld Schiphol. Naast het harde werken in vooral de agrarische sector houden de Haarlemmermeerse bewoners zich in hun spaarzame vrije tijd bezig met de paarden met harddraverijen en schaatsen op de vele dichtgevroren slootjes en vaarten.
In 1968 ziet "VV Hoofddorp" het licht en speelt haar zaterdagse wedstrijden tegen Victoria, Aalsmeer, E.D.O., Victoria, D.W.S., vv Sparta uit Leimuiden. Nog niet in competitieverband. In 1970 sluit V.V.H. zich aan bij de Haarlemse Voetbal Bond en moet zondags gaan spelen zeer tegen de zin van de bestuurderen van die tijd, die de club oogluikend laat spelen op een stuk land ‘uit de bebouwde kom en 200 meter van de openbare weg’.
Na financiële problemen komt er in de loop van 1975 een eind aan het bestaan van Hoofddorps eerste voetbalclub.
Jaren later komt het vroegere bestuur van VV Hoofddorp bijeen om de goede oude tijden te bespreken. Hier komen ze al gauw tot de conclusie dat ze het toch missen om een voetbalteam te coachen. Daarom werd in 2008 besloten om gezamenlijk het team "VV Scots" op te richten en daarmee vele competities en cups op zijn naam te zetten.

16-7-'08 Een vlotte zege voor de thuisploeg tegen een veroordeeld VV Scots. Het was overduidelijk dat MONTANA ARMY een aantal divisies hoger speelt en professioneel genoeg was om VV Scots niet tot nauwelijks aan voetballen liet overgaan. Wij wensen MONTANA ARMY veel succes in de dR cup 3 en kijken al uit naar de volgende wedstrijd tegen F.C.Zwamdam die op papier veel beter is. Misschien kunnen we voor een stunt zorgen!
