On February 23 2004 manager Stef310 founded a new Hattrick team called Commercie Utd FC, which started in the region [[Noord-Brabant]]. In its first season, Global season 22 and Dutch season 11, it achieved a fourth position in division VII.138, only one point behind the second place. Verbroedering Fritzy, who played for seven seasons in III.15, dominated VII.138 that season. After that season, Stef310 renamed the team to a better sounding Atlético Commercio en relocated it to [[Eindhoven]]. Season 12 was characterized with a very unhealthy financial situation, almost causing bankruptcy. Once again, Atlético Commercio achieved a fourth position, four points behind both promoting teams. The financial position was improved before season 13, but it weakened the team. The season ended with a mediocre fifth position, the first time appearance in the national cup, the [[KNVB Beker]], ended in the first round. Enough money was made in season 13 to strenghten the team for season 14. A blunder in the line-up against the main competitor caused missing the championship, but the well-earned second place ended in promotion to VI.755. Furthermore, Atlético Commercio reached the third round of the KNVB Beker, an achievement that wouldn't improve for many seasons. Besides promotion to a higher league, the name of the club also got a promotion to "Lenguaje correcto Español", and was renamed to the current name Atlético Comercio. The goal of the first season in VI.755 was to avoid relegation, which was achieved with a fifth place. The next season the club performed better and ended on the third spot, being the best of the rest.
Season 17 is a season to be remembered. After four rounds in the competition (six points), Atlético Comercio faced T3RRORT3AM at home, at that point the leader of the competition. Manager Stef310 introduced a 4-5-1 line-up with one strong wing attack, which lead to a 2-0 victory. The tactic also proved successful in the away match (1-2) and the away match against the other competitor (1-3). Because six of the seven other matches also ended in a victory, Atlético Comercio won its first title that season with a better goal difference than runner-up FC Noodster. Wasting all team spirit to become champion, the team couldn't manage to win the qualifier (5-2). In season 18 Atlético Comercio couldn't stunt again and ended on the second spot, nine points behind FC Noodster. Before season 19 the best midfielders were sold for new trainees and better players for other positions, therefore perfomances dropped at the start of the season. The club only had eight points halfway. Atlético Comercio revived and didn't lose any points in the second half of the season, eventually missing a championship on goal difference.

After one season the name was changed since the owner preferred the better sounding name Atlético Commercio. Another three seasons later the linguistic error was removed and the club was renamed to Atlético Comercio, the current name.
Performances went up in season 20. Focussing on the KNVB Beker the start of the competition wasn't good with only four points out of four matches. The last ten matches Atlético Comercio managed to win every possible point. Because the last game against Sniep United ended in a 4-0 win, Sniep United and Atlético Comercio changed position and the latter claimed a second title. The qualifier was unfortunately lost (2-1). The cup run also was one to remember, because the club reached the sixth round. The victory in the fifth round, a 7-2 against league-IV club TasteTheVictory, currently aiming for promotion to Eredivisie, is still fresh in the memories of "Los Ejecutivos". In season 21, Stef310 decided promotion had to be achieved. The club dominated VI.755, winning every match except one (a draw), so the club promoted to V.108.

The initial capacity was 10,000. With the growth of the club the stadium size was increased several times, with a maximum capacity of 75,000. Nowadays it can host up to 68,400 visitors.
The first season at the higher level appeared to end as a disaster. The cuprun is hardly remembered, while the first five matches were all lost. Relegation looked like a matter of time. But then the players straighted their backs and won all remaining matches but one, a loss against the champion of that year. Atlético Comercio ended up as second. Although the results hardly improved the next season (one more cupround, one more point) the championship was more than a possibility until the loss in the 13th round. Eventually the club ended as third, one point shy of the champion. The third season at the fifth level was a good one. After a long time a home match in the cup was achieved. In the league again no team could dominate the others, but the competitors did lose more points during the season, so Atlético Comercio ended at the first spot. A qualifier awaited the club, which turned out to be against a bot. Another step forward could be made, IV.62 is the next league. To be continued...
