Stamina training was one of the first training types, in used from 1997 to the beginning of season 32 when it was changed from an individual training option into a percentage share of regular training.

This training type was usually done in off season when, accordino to the rules of the time, most people have only one game a week then and other training types were not as efficient as during the regular season.

Description

Stamina was a glorious training and a crazy one! It basically improved stamina ability at a very fast rate and for ALL players, even those that haven't played. There was the negative side effect that visible form lowered temporarily. But it was certainly not enough to discourage daytraders, especially in an era when it was legitimate to have hundreds of players on the team, all trained for free.

Pros

  • Very fast training.
  • Trains everyone on your squad, even if they haven't played.
  • Growth spurt for trainees value.
  • Flexibility of formations.

Cons

  • Form decreases can be very irritating, particularly on players that have not played that week.
  • Nearly impossible to use as a full time training program mantaining performances.
