This is a general layout template for all Creative Commons templates.
Usage

| license = abbreviation of the license
| version = version number of the license
| attribution = optional attribution
}}
Parameters
- license
- Abbreviation of the license. Available options are by, by-sa, by-nd, by-nc, by-nc-sa and by-nc-nd.
- version
- Version number of the license. Available options are 1.0, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0.
- attribution
- The attribution string as specified by the licensor, that re-users are obliged to name.
