Football Club Istiqlol (2817540) (Tayik: Дастаи Футболи Истиқлол) is a Uzbek hattrick football club located in the town of Sarvan, a Tayik enclave located in Uzbekistan. It is located in the Fergana region where Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan meet. Despite being essentially a Tajik club, having no representation in Hattrick, it has been located in the Uzbek league, where it currently competes.

Istiqlol plays in Toj Markazii Stadium located in the center of the city.

History

The club was founded in 2026 as a project driven by local businesspeople and authorities in Sarvan to give the region professional representation in Tajik football. The idea arose after years in which young talents from Sarvan had to migrate to Dushanbe or other cities to develop their football skills. The project aimed to: create a regional identity, modernize the sports infrastructure and build a club capable of competing against the country's top teams.

The name “Istiqlol” comes from the Persian/Tajik word for “independence,” representing Sarvan's desire to have its own voice within national football.

The club became botified in june 2026
