Home-grown lineup is a lineup where all the players originated in the club they currently play for and the average age is 18 or above. They can either be youth pulls or be part of the team when the new owner got it. A home-grown lineup is only complete if there are 11 players on the field when the game starts.
A manager often plays this lineup in friendlies to get achievement points for it. The amount of points awarded is 25. If one of the players is substituted during the match and a player enters the field who is not home-grown, the points will be rewarded nevertheless, as seen in this Match (111068244).
