The Unofficial World Championship is a championship with the same intention as the world champion title in boxing. Whoever beats the current world champion becomes the new world champion. One first match has to be found so the title fights can start. Official Hattrick matches and friendlies decide who wins the title.
The idea of this type of championship was found on the internet and posted on global. There the idea of doing the same for Hattrick was born, and GornikWalbrzych started collating the championship lists.
After a little while people not only started to make the lists of the National Teams and U-20 teams, but also for club teams. The idea of the Unofficial National Championship was born, where only club teams from one country can take over the title, so international friendlies won't count as championship matches.
Some federations such as the FFHF and the GMC also organise similar unofficial championships along the same lines.
