At the age of 31 Janashvili moved to METE2 where he was only a shadow of his past. Some say that he too much loved Gulebi, and could not prove himself in other team. Now Tournament and Winagulebi's stadium is named after Paata's name. Paata Janashvili's son Bejan Janashvili is also footballer and playes for Gulebi.
