Youthcash (Spanish translation of dinero canterano) is a term coined by La Ciutat C.F. staff and local press referring to those players which are immediately transferred once they have been promoted from youth, so they don't play any match with their original squad.
Due to La Ciutat C.F. no-rebought players policy, some of this transfers become a high skilled players and fans club regret to have been sold them very soon.
