I seem to recall seeing it mentioned recently that the captain needs a minimum experience somewhere around weak to avoid confusion with solid formation experience -- if that can be confirmed, it should be added to the final paragraph. --Mr Wednesday 21:18, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
