Op 27 september 2009 kwam '''Hanns Opfermann''' binnen bij de club op 29-jarige leeftijd. Het werd al snel duidelijk dat hij over buitengewone leiderschapskwaliteiten beschikte en dat werd beloond met het trainerschap op 21 juni 2010. Tussentijds bleef hij gewoon met het eerste elftal meespelen. Niet lang daarna werd hij dan ook de speler met de meeste wedstrijden voor de club en passeerde hij als tweede speler ooit de magische grens van 100 wedstrijden. Uiteindelijk kwam hij tot 120 wedstrijden, tot op heden het grootste aantal. Sinds 21 oktober is hij trainer af en bevind hij zich in de eregalerij als jeugdbegeleider.
