ExtraLives AB is a game design company that develops Hattrick, the World's largest virtual football world. ExtraLives was established in september 2000 in Stockholm, Sweden.
Founders are Björn "HT-Bjorn" Holmér (fascinated by the opportunities to build virtual worlds online and working with this since 1997), Johan "HT-Johan" Gustavsson and Daniel "HT-Daniel" Abrahamsson.
Nine mounths after ExtraLives AB creation, Hattrick 5 was launched. In 2002, Hattrick version 6 decreed the worldwide success of the game.
