Match of the Season (MOTS) is an option that makes your team play a little bit better in one game; but, there is a price, that will affect teams in future games. If you MOTS, your teams midfield rating will rise a few levels.
Example: when you play normal a midfield of solid (low)
when you MOTS you have solid (very high) midfield.
MOTS affect on Team Spirit is Team Spirit will drop it by half. So, if you have Team Spirit on walking on clouds it will drop down to composed. You can use MOTS in every match if you want; but this is not recomended as your Team Spirit will continue to fall. +
