Trainee

A team's trainees are the players that are being trained by a team by playing them in the available slots to improve their skills. It is always best to use young players as trainees, as they are able to train significantly faster than old players. Trainees are ideally aged no older than 21, although there are exceptions to this, particularly national team players.
