Leadership is a player parameter between disastrous and solid.
Coach
Leadership is an important aspect when selecting a coach: With a high leadership, the team Spirit will degrade slower when it is above composed, and it will increase faster when it is below. It doesn't affect how much the team spirit rises or falls after a PIC (Play It Cool) or MOTS (Match Of The Season)!
Player
It is said that the player with the highest leadership is the team leader. If he has a good agreeability, he could enhance the team spirit, however, this is not proven! See also: clown.
