Every user is allowed and encouraged to send the details of his or her players that are good enough for fighting for a place in a national or a U-20 team. It works togerther with the National Team Assistant and is CHPP-cerftified.
The NT-DB was developed by Georgious (with real name Georghi Momchilov), an HT-user from Bulgaria with ID=217179, and is now also administered and hosted by him. Another user with an important role in the system is MD-JakobTrier who comes from Denmark with much experience as an NT-coach. For example, with Denmark he won the Bronze in the WC in May 2005!
