Runcis is a legendary place for Latvian Hattrick community. It is a pub located in Old Rīga, a common place for local meetings.
One popular event is the monthly POHA meeting held on the second friday of the month. In this meeting you can meet most of the old Latvian players, such as the GMs former national coaches and other alcoholics.
