The training type defensive positions trains the defending skill for central defenders, wingbacks, inner midfielders and wingers. This training type is not very popular at about 1% of all people. Note that defending training also trains the skill, for less people but at a faster rate.

Pros

  • Potentially able to train 20 players per week, using the 5-5-0 formation.

Cons

  • It takes much longer for players to increase defensive skill than if using Defending training.
