A Home-grown team is a team where all players are either Original Players or own Youths. For a team to be considered "Fully Home-grown", the Coach should also be a former original player or own Youth.
There are Federations supporting this special way of playing Hattrick, an example is Home-Grown Federation (HGF) (AllianceID: 63050).
