OLDER (formerly known as Ouwe Lullen Denktank En Relaxhuis) is a federation for (mainly) Dutch and Flemish managers who are at least 30 years young.
History
The Federation was founded on 23 August 2003. During the long time of its existence off course several little conflicts occurred. Most conflicts resulted in members temporarily leaving the federation and/or establishing another federation e.g. Nostalgia, RUMM, GEZELLIG (63414) and New Order (76481). Once or twice a year there will be such a crisis within the federation. It’s nothing to worry about because the reason can be weather change, work pressure, stress or even a lack of alcohol.
