The Group A of the FIFA.com Club Federation Cup (V Edition) is one of the seven groups of four competing in the 5th edition of the FIFA.com Club Federation Cup.
The group consists of the Runner-up's of the last edition 
FC Sherry, 
Scurge, the title holders 
DavisFC and 
A.C. Edmonton.
The group will use 4 host cities (Clwyd, Açores, Chişinău and Niedersachsen) and 4 stadiums (Library Field, Leões de Lisboa, DEVIL'S Arena and Jumbo Dom). Delridge Bellevue Arena (In Tennessee) was going to host a match, but later lost his hosting rights of the only match was supposed to host, after in the first week of the tournament, a WO from their owners, saw booked another match in this stadium, so, Leões de Lisboa in Açores was the venue of that match.

On the next Matchday (25-27 January):
- FC Sherry will advance to the knockout stage if:
- They defeat DavisFC.
- DavisFC will advance to the knockout stage if:
- They defeat FC Sherry.
- A.C. Edmonton will be eliminated if:
- FC Sherry vs DavisFC ends in a draw OR
- FC Sherry defeats DavisFC.
FC Sherry vs Scurge
- The match was not played after Scurge accidentaly booked another friendly. So, a Walkover was declared in favour of FC Sherry.
