An unofficial term to indicate you neither give a Play it Cool-order, nor a Match of the Season-order, you play Normal. The acronym stands for "send orders and pray." It is highly likely that you will be up against skilled opposition and won't have any real chance of winning the match. This term is often used when you are using unorthodox tactics and player instructions. There will be no effect on your team spirit and your midfield will behave normal.
