In all competitive matches you can tell your team to play it cool. This will reduce the midfield rating during the game, meaning the team will not perform as well as usual. Directly after the match, team spirit will increase, and they'll perform better in the next match.
According to some studies made by different users the increase in team spirit is about 30%.
The abbreviation PIC is commonly used to refer to Play it Cool.
