Sports psychologists increase confidence and, to a much smaller degree, team spirit.
Psychologists do not help protect you against overconfidence. The sports psychologists increase your team confidence and - directly - your attack ratings. It's good to have a minimum of 5 of them, to keep your confidence up, but this depends of how you can manage with the 30 staff members limit.

Psychologists boost your confidence, they're not at all useful to lower it. So I should sack them in case of overconfidence and not hire more. | |||
