Replace ARTICLE_NAME with the location in which you want the deletion discussion to occur (the template adds the Talk: prefix automatically).  Use ideas from [[Hattrick:Consensus]] for info on how to run a debate.  Frankly, I don't feel like we need to start another policy to back this program quite yet, but let's at least start marking articles that need to be deleted so if/when we do write a policy it won't take forever to sort through articles that need to be deleted. -[[User:Catalyst|Catalyst]] 22:48:30, 2006-04-16 (UTC)
