Club History

Namiya football team was founded on 26 Feb 2021 in Hanoi by a group of Vietnamese, notably captain Lê Đình Dương, vice-captain Nguyễn Phúc Vĩnh, and the Huỳnh brothers (Minh Thiện and Minh Hiên). The team begins to play in IV.7 at the middle of season 59, and managed to finish at the 4th place in their first ever season.

The club's name was inspired from a novel from Japanese author Keigo Higashino, "The Miracles of the Namiya General Store". Despite its name, the club is not associated with any Japanese stakeholder.
