West Africa Homegrowns Only is their nigerian partner club, created thanks to former Kogas Boiz players Theophilius Osakwe and Morris Sarfo. Both of them were from West Africa and wanted to build a club here that would dominate Africa, employ only West African footballers, produce only local talent, and create a strong football base in West Africa that would be independent of Europe.

	Joni Pellonpää (retired at 39), Defender, seasons in the club: 10, official matches played: 313 , goals scored: 48 , clean sheets: 134 , titles: ++++++++ Date of addition: 22.12.2021 Pellonpää was the first addition to the Kogas Boiz Hall of Fame, after spectacular 10 seasons at the club. Despite his advanced age, he fit in the team perfectly, created famous defending duo with Pirmin Zentriegen and to this day is considered one of the best defenders in the club's history. He proved his love for the club even after his professional football career when he took on the role of youth scout to be involved in the future of his beloved club.
	Tore Stokke (retired at 38), Midfielder, seasons in the club: 8, official matches played: 248 , goals scored: 31 , titles: +++++ Date of addition: 22.12.2021 Stokke is still hailed as the perfect number 6 and is often referred to as the "N'Golo Kanté of the VI League". He didn't score many goals in his career, but his defensive numbers were impressive. To this day, fans remember his legendary partnership with Chen Mingfeng and Ahmet Dilipak from Season 59, in which Kogas Boiz won two titles. He remained loyal after his career and accepted an offer as an assistant coach.
	Pirmin Zentriegen (retired at 41), Defender, seasons in the club: 14, official matches played: 362 , goals scored: 49 , clean sheets: 131 , titles: ++++++++ Date of addition: 28.5.2023 Although Pirmin's arrival to the club came as he was almost 29 years old, he still managed to undergo astonishing 228 appearances. Zentriegen came at the start of the second ever season of the Kogas Boiz football club, just two months ahead of another club legend Joni Pellonpää, with whom he created an iconic defender-duo linked to other famous duo: Chiellini-Bonucci. They won 5 major trophies together in 10 deferent seasons and even after Joni's retirement, Pirmin still stayed 4 more seasons, during which he finally won the 5. Czech League and helped young players with their career-progression via his own football agency - ZentriSoccerAgency - that he runs till this day.
	Stefano Pellanda (retired at 40), Midfielder, seasons in the club: 14, official matches played: 447 , goals scored: 68 , titles: ++++ Date of addition: 6.6.2025 When Stefano Pellanda joined Kogas Boiz in Season 63 alongside his Italian compatriot Fabio Taglietti, the club was searching not only for experienced captain but also for a strong personality to lead the midfield. Few would have guessed that he would become one of the longest-serving players in the club’s history – making 308 appearances and scoring 40 goals. Pellanda was the prototype of a modern central midfielder – tireless, intelligent, technically gifted, and unwaveringly loyal to the club. His playing style combined elegance with grit, composure with passion. In Season 66, he played a key role in Kogas Boiz’s historic double – winning both the 2022 Mol Cup and the league title. This achievement remains one of the highlights in the club’s chronicle. He made a record 13 appearances in the Team of the Year and won the club’s Midfielder of the Year award seven times – more than any other player. Although his left ankle gave out at the age of 40, he continued at his beloved club as a coach.
	Laurian Cruceanu (retired at 42), Wing Back, seasons in the club: 18, official matches played: 439 , goals scored: 23 , clean sheets: 96 , titles: +++++++ Date of addition: 6.6.2025 Laurian Cruceanu joined Kogas Boiz at the beginning of Season 59, at a time when the club was still on the rise. His arrival brought immediate stability to the defensive line – with his pace, strength, and game intelligence, he quickly became a cornerstone of the backline from his right wing-back position. Over an incredible 306 appearances, he became a synonym for reliability. His ability to read the game, launch counterattacks, and defend with relentless determination earned him the nickname “The Romanian Tractor.” But Cruceanu was more than just a great player – he also coached the team for over 200 matches and, after retiring from professional football, took over as head coach of Kogas Boiz u23.
	Philipp-Stephan Beckmann-Häusler (retired at 44), Defender, seasons in the club: 16, official matches played: 520 , goals scored: 155 , clean sheets: 181 , titles: +++++++ Date of addition: 6.6.2025 Beckmann’s story with Kogas Boiz is one of transformation, loyalty and lasting impact. When he joined the Czech side ahead of Season 61, the former German player already had a decorated past - but in Hodonice, he truly found a second footballing home. In a club then building its identity, Stephan quickly established himself as a key figure, becoming part of the team’s defensive backbone. Despite starting as a defender, "Bek" has regularly contributed in the final third, scoring astonishing 70 goals, more than any other forward. But Beckmann wasn’t just about numbers. He was a leader on and off the pitch, guiding the team through golden years that saw multiple league titles and triumphs in prestigious tournaments. Winning the POTY award twice in his career speaks for itself. Even in the twilight of his career, Stephan refused to slow down. His final seasons were marked by mentorship - he took younger players under his wing and set the standards of professionalism and commitment. Many now credit Beckmann as a key figure in the transition between two generations of Kogas Boiz players.
