Gladstone Rangers was made in the late autoumn of 2003. Following series of bad results, the team relegated after his first season in the game in the IV.30 divison of Bulgaria. Now it is in III.16 where the 4th place is stable. Prefered style of the manager is controling the mid area of the pitch and trusting in defence only to the keeper. Now had rid off the mid area and started training weak wingers so .. presumably, the team is very weak and it isn't sure will he 'survive' in III division.
