The official Bulgarian forum can be found in Hattrick'org's Conference. The official languages are Bulgarian and English.
BG-Liga
The first unofficial Bulgarian forum is BG-Liga, which started in the summer of 2002 - a few months before the Bulgarian league was created. The site has gone through several versions, and its forum used to be the only Bulgarian place for discussing Hattrick.org. The forum was the place that made the HTs introduce Bulgaria as an HT-country. Later it was used to coordinate modifications in the list of Buglarian names in the game and to coordinate the translation of Hattrick.org in Bulgarian language.
The site lost its founder and some of its founding members because of cheating in HT in February 2005. IRC
There are a couple of Internet Relay Chat channels that serve Bulgarian users. Both chanels are accessible through all servers that are part of the UniBG system, e.g. irc.telecoms.bg.

Note that #hattrick.formenos is also also the official IRC channel of Hattrick.Formenos. It is difficult to say which channel a beginner is better to "hang in" to seek advise. The safest answer would be: check out both and you will definitely find helpful managers in each.
HT-BG
HT-BG is a Bulgarian Hattrick Portal which was designed to become a link between the different Bulgarian forums and useful offsite sources of information, thus providing the users a more convenient tool for finding whatever Hattrick related information or community they seek.
