The U-20 Coach is the elected manager of an U20 National Team. This manager stays in function for two seasons, under normal circumstances, after which new elections are held to elect a new National Trainer.
An U-20 Coach chooses a coach, decides which players are on the squad and makes line-ups for the U20 National Team matches. Furthermore this person is responsible for arranging friendlies for the U20 National Team. Communication with the community is considered by many as another important task of the U-20 Coach.
