The U-20 Coach is the elected manager of a U-20 National Team. This manager stays in function for two seasons, under normal circumstances, after which new elections are held to elect a new National Trainer.
An U-20 Coach chooses a coach, decides which players are on the squad and makes line-ups for the U20 National Team matches. Furthermore this person is responsible for arranging friendlies for the U-20 National Team. Communication with the community is considered by many as another important task of the U-20 Coach.
