A coach-to-be or coach candidate is a player who might become coach for a team one day or later.
A player becomes worthy a conversion when he's passable or better in experience. Despite it's possible to convert a player with weak leadership into a coach, it's more reasonable to consider only players with passable or solid leadership, as otherwise the external coach is much more cheap.
