FC Cipriotul vs Dinamo Tulcea was a league match played on 30 May 2015 at Sebastian Stadium in Botoşani, Romania.

Match report

A brilliantly sunny day had enticed a crowd of 42535 to Sebastian Stadium. Leonardo Presciuttini was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Aritz Estébanez Cubero and Klaus Nyegaard.

Lineups

A 5-3-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Cipriotul. The following players took the field: Baránek - Radu, Ndunge, Saavedra Quijano, Keveházi, Csirik - Reith, Saive, Di Benedetto - Łasiński, Pino.

Dinamo had chosen a strategic 5-3-2 formation. Starters: Paskum - Versijpt, Okiko, Al-Jabry, Stadler, Manev - 竹下 (Takeshita), Zubairu, Tudurean - Dănilă, Bonomo.

First half

András Csirik dispatched a majestic long shot 18 minutes in, but missed the goal by a few yards. Péter Stadler behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 22 minutes as he gave the ball away to Mario Pino. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. After a fine move down the middle Tillmann Reith nearly put the home side one up with 29 minutes played. His final touch escaped him though and the keeper smothered the ball. 0 - 0 was the score after the first half. Lewis Skolnick, in his Tri-Lamb sweater, grabbed the microphone away from the Cipriotul coach in order to tell him that his team had 70 percent possession this half. Nerds.

Second half

Ciprian Tudurean made one of his many fine passes from the wing into the middle with 82 minutes played. Bogdan Dănilă went to the air and hit the ball firmly with his forehead for Dinamo. 0 - 1. A foul called during a Dinamo counter-attack resulted in a great chance to score, but Fred Zubairu's shot rattled off the post. Cipriotul's opponents know to be wary of Sławomir Łasiński's speed, but it made little difference as he blew past the defense 85 minutes into the match. Only the keeper could stop him - and he did with a perfectly timed dive! The forty-five minutes were dominated by Cipriotul, with an impressive 69 percent possession of the ball.

Sławomir Łasiński performed admirably for Cipriotul. Adrian Radu on the other hand, had a terrible day. Dinamo's best player was Kitwana Okiko. Péter Stadler was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 1.
