Denys Kliuchnyk is a Slovak manager and former player who is currently the head coach of Slovak 5th tier club TJ Druzstevník Vlckovce.

Career

Before stepping into management, Kliuchnyk spent his early career bouncing around the lower regional leagues of Slovakia. As a young man, he was known as a dependable, hard-working utility player who lacked flashy skills but excelled at reading the game. He spent years anchoring the squads of various amateur village clubs, quietly building up his tactical knowledge and experience. Though he rarely made the headlines or topped the goalscoring charts, his steady presence in the locker room made him a respected figure among his teammates.

He officially joined TJ Družstevník Vlčkovce in season 74, serving as a reliable squad player. After four seasons with the club, he decided to retire from active playing duties to directly help the manager VlčkovceMan, who took over the club as owner-manager and successfully guided the team into the professional ranks. Following his retirement, Kliuchnyk stepped into his role as Coach on November 4, 2025. Known for his balanced tactical approach, his preferred style of play is neither attack nor defence-minded.
