you are sure with Isreal in season16?

the HT annoucement was:

27.11.2002 A new season is coming up - and thereby we introduce 4 brand new leagues - plus expansion of several existing ones. The 4 new leagues are Bulgaria, Wales, Slovenia, Israel. All existing leagues which are full or almost full will be expanded one level, except those who are already at the 2728 teams level. Out of those, only three leagues will be taking the leap to the next level (10920 teams): Spain (España), Nederland (Holland) and Germany (Deutschland).

i started in the new german VI.division and it was in Saison18. --Shyrlden 16:37, 3 December 2005 (UTC)
