Fixtures

The Basics

A team's 'fixtures' is another term for the set of matches that are scheduled in a series for a particular season. To view the fixtures for any series, you can find the 'Fixtures' button on the right side of the Series page, under the 'More Info' heading. On the fixtures page, you can view the fixtures for that series from previous seasons as well.

The fixtures for a series are set up at the beginning of the season. All matches are scheduled according to a set algorithm, so that any team's schedule for the season is based on its position at the very beginning of the season.

Series Schedule

On a week-by-week basis, the fixtures for any series will look like this (with the first team as the home team):

Week 01: 1v2, 3v4, 5v6, 7v8
Week 02: 6v1, 2v7, 8v3, 4v5
Week 03: 7v1, 3v2, 6v4, 5v8
Week 04: 1v4, 2v5, 7v3, 8v6
Week 05: 3v1, 6v2, 4v8, 5v7
Week 06: 1v8, 2v4, 3v5, 7v6
Week 07: 5v1, 8v2, 6v3, 4v7
Week 08: 1v5, 2v8, 3v6, 7v4 (same as Week 7, but with home and away switched)
Week 09: 8v1, 4v2, 5v3, 6v7 (same as Week 6, but with home and away switched)
Week 10: 1v3, 2v6, 8v4, 7v5 (same as Week 5, but with home and away switched)
Week 11: 4v1, 5v2, 3v7, 6v8 (same as Week 4, but with home and away switched)
Week 12: 1v7, 2v3, 4v6, 8v5 (same as Week 3, but with home and away switched)
Week 13: 1v6, 7v2, 3v8, 5v4 (same as Week 2, but with home and away switched)
Week 14: 2v1, 4v3, 6v5, 8v7 (same as Week 1, but with home and away switched)
