A Hattrick country is a league created by the Hattrick Team to allow managers from the same spot of the globe to play more closely together and to share the same spot of the conference and also the same fame. A Hattrick country doesn't always match a real world country as it's proven by Oceania's example.
Current countries
Hattrick currently consists of 124 countries divided in eight zones.
Not every country or territory is currently represented in Hattrick. Two conditions have to be fulfilled to get an own league:
A country has to be a member of the FIFA in order to join Hattrick.
Enough users want to join or able to enter the league.
If a country or territory isn't represented in Hattrick, there are a few possible reasons:
The country or territory isn't a member of FIFA.
No or not enough users are interested in Hattrick. Some users from this country or territory have to play Hattrick already and ask the HTs via their GMs to create the league.
The country or territory is simply not populated enough to join Hattrick.
A territory is unlikely to join Hattrick as it's dependent of a metropole and its metropole is a part of Hattrick. Some of these territories are then regions of the metropole, like Nederlandse Antillen en Aruba for Nederland. Most of them are unlikely to ever join Hattrick as a separate league.
Although a country is a member of FIFA and there are users from this country playing Hattrick via other countries or interested in playing Hattrick, it isn't a part of Hattrick. The most obvious reason is that it simply wasn't added as the HTs only add a few countries each time they add countries and the possible users have to be patient.
