In his first months on hattrick Marrc was very active on the conferences, taking part of discussions and helping on the newbieforum. That was probably why the GM's ask him to become moderator at the Dutch conferences. At that time his team did well too; his first 2 full seasons he promoted into division III.14, by then the hardest division III in the Netherlands (although some user from division III.7 doubt that).
Playing in division III.14 was however not a great succes for this 2,5 year old team. In the end Kings relegated on goal difference, he was 3 goals short. By that time the manager noticed luck wasn't always on his side, and that's an understatement. Especialy in important matches (equal cupmatches, decisive leaguematches) Kings always seem to loose, no matter what the ratings are.
5 seasons, a promotion and 'some' unlucky moments later, -Marrc- gave up moderating. 14 weeks later he also quit his team for a while, meaning he quit playing seriously. Relegation with a goalscore of 9-99 and 0 point was a logical outcome of his decision, but he is still having a lot of fun in the federations:
